Karen Dolva is one of the co-founders of No Isolation, a Norwegian technology company that focuses on creating solutions to tackle loneliness and social isolation. No Isolation develops products and services that use technology to connect and engage individuals who are experiencing isolation due to various circumstances.

Karen Dolva, along with her co-founders, Marius Aabel and Mathias Moe, started No Isolation in 2015. The company's mission is to reduce loneliness and improve the quality of life for individuals who feel socially isolated, such as children with long-term illnesses or disabilities. They believe that technology can play a significant role in bridging the gap between individuals and society.

No Isolation has developed several products, including AV1, a small telepresence robot designed to help children with long-term illnesses attend school remotely and maintain social connections with their peers. AV1 allows children to participate in classroom activities and interact with their classmates through a smartphone or tablet.
